25 year-old Chaz Bundwick or else known as Toro Y Moi is considered to be the one who defined the "chillwave" movement with his first LP in 2010 titled "Causers of This". Along with Washed Out and Neon Indian with whom he also collaborated, they created a genre that moved from the underground to the mainstream in no time. However, Toro Y Moi did not stay confined within the genre he created but explored his sound towards different directions whether those of R'n'B, folk or French house. He has also collaborated with a series of artists varying from The Longcut, Cut Copy and Tegan & Sara to the mighty Tyler, The Creator or pursued his own solo dance project under the moniker "Les Sins". He will perform live in Athens with his band for the first time ever just four days before his upcoming third LP is released titled "Anything in Return" on Carpark Records.
