Tour name: Dick Gaughan
One of Scotland’s finest singers, and now a firm After 8 favourite, Gaughan performs songs of struggle, resistance and love. A major force in contemporary folk, he pursues an uncompromising, idiosyncratic musical path. Gaughan’s live performances are captivating. Singing about injustice and solidarity in a voice that throbs with controlled, vibrating passion he pushes his messages home with an astonishingly fluent and explosive guitar.
