Describing his songs as "paintings you can listen to," London born Robyn Hitchcock has written and recorded over 500 compositions including "So You Think You're In Love," "Oceanside," "Balloon Man," "Ultra Unbelievable Love," "Madonna Of The Wasps" and a lament for the Arctic polar thaw "There Goes The Ice" recorded with KT Tunstall with whom he was on a Greenland Cape Farewell environmental expedition. Hitchcock also collaborated with director Jonathan Demme for a live concert film and later appeared in his remake of 'The Manchurian Candidate.' Since founding the art rock band The Soft Boys in 1976, Robyn enjoyed a successful solo career.
