    "Morrissey was on absolutely sparkling form last night as were his merry band of Playboy t-shirt wearing cohorts, new boy Jesse Tobias in particular seemed to revelling in the charged atmosphere. My personal highlights included a galloping run through of "Still Ill", a magisterial "Life Is A Pigsty", a gritty "I Just Want To See The Boy Happy" and an all too brief sing-a-long version of "Girlfriend In A Coma".

    Sons and Daughters were the main support and seemed somewhat hampered by poor sound. "Taste The Last Girl" is still a killer song though and "Ramalama" was dispatched with venomous aplomb. Alexandra Palace is an absolutely appalling venue though. Two coaches to ferry the hordes back to the tube at the end of the gig? Someone was most definitely having a laugh on that front."
