The legendary hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest has been announced for a very special show for the finale of the Wireless Festival 2013, taking place 12-14th July 2013 at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.
Q Tip, Phife Dawg, Jarobi White and Ali Shaheed Muhammad split up in the mid-2000s and reunited in 2006. The group received several accolades in their hay-day and achieved gold and platinum album sales for their albums Beats, Rhymes and Life (1996) and notable hits like the 1990s song “Can I Kick It?” and “Stressed Out”.
The band will be joining Jay-Z and pop maestro Justin Timberlake on Sunday 14th July for the third day of the Yahoo! Wireless Festival along with Nas, A$AP Rocky and Rizzle Kicks.
