This festival also hosts 280 tattoo artists from 48 countries and 25 states tattooing aboard the ship, a cabaret and vaudeville production, cirque performers, pole performers, vintage vendors, a Hot Rod and Kustom car show under the Dome, carnival rides and gourmet food selection with full bars.
