"First TIme I saw Elton and it was a sombre occasion. a memorial show (actually two shows... I attended the 3pm show). Elton had a cold but gave it his all for an hour and a half and closed with the tribute to Dee Murray: a slow, impassioned That's What Friends Are For"
"First show of The One Tour that I saw. Slow opening with DLTSGDOM even though the 'flying saucer' was cool. But it was a high-energy show. I was on the 2nd row and many, never to be heard again, songs like a Whitewash County and When a Woman Doesn't Want you were played. Awesome show."
"Great Show. Elton was in top form and opened with a stunning version of Pinball Wizard. The Roland was in a sideways position and rotated and came forward throughout the show."
