Wolverhampton Civic Hall is a music venue, built in 1938. The venue has hosted events ranging from record fairs and boxing to musical acts such as Fleet Foxes. The Halls were refurbished in 2001 to add new public services and an improved backstage area. Capacity was increased to over 3000, and there was the addition of the 'Little Civic', another music venue hosting smaller and upcoming acts.

    I love this place as a standing venue - not too big so that you can't see the band but not so small that big bands can't play there. The sound is always decent too. My all time second favourite venue (behind the Birmingham Odeon).
