Subscribes firmly to the black box school of venue design. Does cupcakes. Nice neighbourhood. THAT IS ALL.

it's a dark little box in the theatre, and the staff are kinda unfriendly, but it's still a good venue. The stage is at a good height similar to Scala, and the sound is great when they get it right.

Despite this being a little (big) black box of a venue, I still really enjoy catching bands play there. The lighting and smoke is epic and the sound is good too. There's a pricey shop and cafe/bar outside the front of the venue, as well as a cinema. It's only 5 minutes from Charing Cross and Oxford Circus tube stations.
