The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) is a large concert arena and exhibition space in Glasgow. There are five main exhibition spaces, with Hall 4 (with a 12,500 seated capacity) and Hall 3 (with a 3,000 person capacity) holding most of the live music events. Construction was started in 1983 and completed in 1985, with the SECC covering 64 acres of land in total.
