The Brixton Windmill is an intimate pub and music venue located at
22 Blenheim Gardens, South London. Immidiately inside is the bar area, with the stage round towards the left. There is also an outdoor seating space. The venue is about ten minutes walk from Brixton Underground Station.

I'd like it a lot more if it wasn't in the middle of f'in nowhere. Still, apart from that it's a quality place to see a show, and there's few other venues in London that consistenly provide such strong line-ups for so modest a price.

Nice venue, they take alot of care in getting the sound right. It's pretty small and intimate too. Tickets are usually around £5, and they usually have a decent pick of bands on each bill.

The website is a bit optimistic in it's '7 minutes' from the tube station guide, it's more like 15 minutes. It's pretty easy to get to though, and lots of food establishments on the way,
