Juan Magan

Juan Magan is one of the leaders in the Electro Latino genre of modern and popular music, and has worked with many huge names in the industry. His work is mainly compilations of his featuring on tracks that he has produced, so seeing him live, you know you’re in for a great show with guest stars!
I saw him at a festival, where he was promoting and discussing King Of Dance, and it was incredible to hear such a successful professional discuss music production from an inside perspective. He took to the stage with his DJ decks all set up in the corner, and began to remix some tracks from his album, altering them slightly. Hearing a track that you know, transition into something new and exciting right before your eyes is truly incredible, and lets the audience see the true talent behind the artist.
He played Be My Lover, and everyone got really into it, singing and dancing along. For someone who doesn’t make an abundance of live performances of his own, he was extremely confident, and gave off a professional and dedicated vibe to his music. It was a great show, although a little short, but I’ll definitely try and see him play again.
