I had a friend form Sydney, my sister from Launceston and I am from Burnie. We saw your show on Saturday night in Launceston. We absolutely loved it!The old Princess Theater simply rocked. How great that we can still see these fantastic entertainers, sing along, stomp the feet and applaud. The songs brought back so many memories - this shows how timeless the music is, particularly when you compare the 'hits' of today. We once rocked to the Eagle Rock, sang out loud and danced to John PY. Brian Cadd music first class entertainers of these times.Yourself of course, brilliant Cate Cebrano (a few kgs over?)and of course Rusell M! These entertainers and their music was gunpowder that set change for Australian music in the first place. It could be called the foundation of Australian-ness in song and will be with us for ever. Those who came after had to live up to a high standard. What a wonderful era it was! I must say and stress and be emphatic: What a super band?? I have never heard the likes - rather than be just the 'band'- can't we give them a name? Hard to pick out one but the drummer was brilliant. Vika and Linda were very much enjoyed too but this is the first time I have seen them. Roll on Good Time All-Stars for 2020! Rock on.
Great show
I loved the closing number the extended version of shake, rattle & roll. So good
Would have also liked Living in the land of Oz but I’m not complaining
Can’t believe Ross’s best of ‘ Now Listen’ Is out of stock
That’s a wonderful CD
As always Ross is the Boss! His voice is up with the best and had the crowd engaged with what was another great night for all his fans. You simply have got to go to see him to see what true talent is going back to grass roots rock 'n roll.
