Austin Santos better known by his stage name Arcangel is one of the most profilic names in Latin urban music. Originally from New York, the musician moved to Puerto Rico over a decade ago and has completely absored his surroundings and channeled this into his music style. He may be small in stature but he is so animated onstage you really cannot miss him no matter where in the venue you are stood.
Latin music is notoriously upbeat yet Austin really gets the crowd enthused and excited for the show as he is joined by numerous musicians and even dancers at points. He runs through the most popular tracks from his discography along with some of his own selections which he clearly has a great time performing. The reggae vibes of his urban sounds mean that the gig often sways between more upbeat tracks where the whole audience is jumping along with Arcangel and others are more downtempo as the room is swaying along to a taste of Jamaican air.
