Biography
Endowed with a longstanding passion for music, it wasn’t until his teenage years that musician Pierce Fulton began experimenting with electronic music production techniques. In 2010 Fulton issued his debut single “Down” on Anotherlabel Records and subsequently earned acclaim for his debut solo EP, “Pardon My French”, which was released on Cr2 Records in 2011. The record caught the attention of many in the electronic dance music world, and led to a series high-profile performances and festival appearances.
The singles “Who Wants Spaghetti?”, “Sink or Swim”, “Wanna Be”, and “Where We Were” featuring Polina, all generated a significant buzz for the musician, whilst he expanded his musical output to include remixes. In 2013 Fulton began his debut headlining tour across the U.S., where he showcased live his well-received collection of remixes, which include Mutemath’s “In No Time”, and the Killers’ “Runaway”. Towards the tail-end of the year, the DJ and producer branched out his live performances playing shows across Central America, Mexico and Canada, and in doing so generated himself a considerable international fan base.
In March 2014 Fulton released the single “Runaway” and subsequent “Runaway” EP, along with the singles “As You Were” and “Kuaga” later that year. The latter release found itself climbing to the heights of the U.S. Dance Charts, and was succeeded by his remix of Dillon Francis’ “When We Were Young”. A compilation album of Fulton’s most popular and significant releases was issued in late 2014 entitled, “Introducing Pierce Fulton”, and paved the way for his first release of 2015, the single, “In Reality”.
