The music is breathtakingly good and is a clear reminder to all why video games are becoming as big as the movie and music industry.

The present maestro Eimear Noone is mesmerising to watch, especially with on her own compositions for Blizzard.

Laura Intravia, or Flute Link as she's often known is a secret gem. You come thinking she will do her Zelda piece, but then discover she too is a composer and fantastic singer!

But the night, for me, always belonged to Tommy Tallarico. The creator and driving force behind Video Games Live. Incredibly enthusiastic and as talented as the rest of the crew, he adds the Rock and Roll, he brings the party. (And he's a super nice guy too!)

Don't pass this one up people. You won't regret it.
In fact I'll bet good money you won't want it to end.
