  • Great show with a wonderful energy - wonderful songs performed by an artist who has lost none of his power or energy. Neil commits to the vocal a passionate, expressive and evocative voice. The songs, new and old, are evocative, emotional, stirring and thought provoking.

  • Not sure if Blancmange ever came to NYC, or will anytime soon, so I booked a special vacation around 2 of their concerts in Nov. 2018 (in Bilston Nov 22 and Gloucester Nov 23) because they are one of my all time favorite bands. The Nov 22 show was at Robin 2 in Bilston, a great venue as I prefer smaller spaces. I appreciate the fact they had seats, even though I was up dancing the whole show. There were some technical issues that the band contended with and at one point had to leave the stage for a couple of minutes. But overall, it was a good show and worth the years (decades?!) wait to see them. They did many old favorites and some terrific newer material.

I am so thrilled that I got tix for the following night in Gloucester. Their concert was SPECTACULAR!! Neil looked relaxed and happy throughout and all the songs sounded absolutely terrific. The audience was lively and overjoyed. This concert made my trip!! Afterwards, I stopped by the table where Neil was signing cds, albums, etc., and I asked for a 2nd signature on my t-shirt. It was such an exciting thrill that he remembered my name from the night before, after all the people he met! It was so great seeing him interact warmly with his devoted fans. I have seen many concerts in my 5+ decades, and tonight’s concert was among the BEST. Hopefully Blancmange will come to New York, or I’d gladly travel again to see them. :-) ~ Ann Marie from NYC

  • It was good not great. I felt Neil was lacking confidence but lost a lot vocally over time. Musicianship was top draw. Venue AMAZING!! I love The Brook so much.....

    Glad I have seen them
