This was my first k-pop concert that I have ever gone to, but was my second concert I've been to and I'd have to say it was better than the Luke Bryan concert I went to ;3 They were AMAZING live! I was wondering the whole time, 'Why is Hong-ki wearing a black mask? Oh, maybe it's his style...' and I came home to check his Instagram and turns out, the poor guy had a cold!!! With that being sad, I had no clue the entire time he was sick. It wasn't noticeable. His voice was flawless. It was just...wow. I was in awe. The band members were fantastic. I felt a little bad for Jong-Hoon since he was all the way to the right of the stage the whole time, but I guess that was his decision lol.
So~ let's talk about the performance! The show started off without a hitch, it was mind-blowing how loud and great the sound was in there. The venue was small, but being small had it's advantages. Such as...small space means LOUD and CLEAR music. The singing was clearly heard, and same goes for all the instruments. Min-hwan had a little solo act (somewhat) with playing the drums after, I remember right, one or two songs -_o I can't remember lol. Either way~ it was super cool! All the guys played well, and the one thing I didn't expect was a translator! Yes, they had a translator lol. And the way they translated was a long process, but it worked hehe. Hong-ki would speak in Korean to Jae-Jin and Jae-Jin would speak in Japanese to the guy who was their friend that could speak Japanese and English. He translated wonderfully for us, and I was happy that I could hear what Hong-ki had to say about their performance ^_^ Other great things that happened was that at the end of the concert, we did something they do at most of their concerts. Which is where when Hong-ki crouches down on stage, either (depending where you are seated/standing) you sit or crouch like him and then everyone jumps at once when he goes up haha. It was a lot of fun and the crowd was just so cute. Everyone loved them. Trust me, no fan could say they were disappointed ^^
The one thing I could say is that I expected the concert to be slightly longer, but that's okay. It lasted for two hours, and that included the encore lol. Speaking of that, the guys said bye and that concert was over and everything, but the fans (not me since I was in awe at what everyone was doing >///<) started chanting, 'FTISLAND!!!' over and over to make them come back out. I was telling my company that came with me, 'They aren't coming out. It's already been like three or five minutes.' But to my surprise, they came out again like a minute later and gave us two more songs to hear before leaving and saying goodnight for real. The last songs were new songs for their upcoming album in April this year. I guess the songs were all written by the band members (they all worked on the lyrics) and no one else. Can't wait for the album!
The concert was amazing, and if I had the opportunity to go again, I would. Definitely! (pun since they said 'definitely!' a lot at the concert lol) Great concert, I will give them 10/10 stars! If I could go over that amount I would give them a million since they left a warm feeling in my heart even now, being a day later. I will never forget the amazing music and amazing people I saw and heard that day. Thank YOU FTISLAND! Saranghae~

Excellent excellent excellent! Hong Ki's vocals is out of this world as expected ! So powerful, so special and so unique . Love the boys' chemistry on stage. They just work so well together musically and they communicate really well with the audience. The island stage concept is great! Glad to be able to see their faces clearly and see them perform in a more intimate setting. All in all, a very high energy concert with quality and fun performance! I was exhausted by the end of the concert after all that jumping around. Highly recommended !
