Saw Bill at Bogen F, Zürich on 11 April 2019.
Bogen F is one of Zurich's better small venues. There were about 60-90 people in the audience.
Bill played piano with his friend Lucy on cello.
It was enjoyable but a bit one note. I was hoping Bill would take up a guitar and let it rip at some point but it didn't happen.
A little too much self deprecation in the banter.
Bill, you came across as a lovely person but it's a show after all and we bought our tickets, looked forward to it, came to be entertained, wowed, enthralled and uplifted.
A little more energy and commitment would have been appreciated.
