Live reviews
Brilliant energetic band, drawing on many influences. Some songs are reminiscent of the Stones, others of Graham Parker, or Free, with a number of them striking an 80s vibe. They are a talented band, with not only a strong front man and lead singer in Johnny, but also enhanced by the voices of the lead guitarist, the bass player, and a wonderful surprise with their drummer too. Harmonies are nice, and the sax adds a special feeling and professional flavour, as does an awesome keyboard player, committed to his synth sounds as well as his Bonfire of the Vanities dresscode. However, the very best thing about this band is the passion, energy and soul they bring to every track they play. You will be mesmerised - and you will want to dance.
Hardwicke Circus played to a sell out crowd in their hometown and absolutely smashed it. New songs and old classics with a couple of well chosen covers chucked in for good measure.
The sound and lighting were first class and the band excelled in front of a passionate crowd.
If you get the chance do not miss the opportunity to see these guys.
