Deep Sea Diver, Nation of Language, and Peel Dream Magazine

Deep sea diver was a-maz-ing live! Especially in a small coffee shop. I saw the band wandering around through the crowd while Bryan John Appleby were opening for deep sea diver. So that was really cool. Deep sea diver played with a ton of energy and yes, they sound the same live as they do on their albums! Amazing! Afterwards I saw Jessica Dobson with her dog outside. His name was Henry. And he was very cute and gave kisses. Also very cool. I will definitely be at another deep sea diver concert!

Shambles!!
They played 55 mins of scheduled 75 minute set because they ran up against the curfew. This was after allowing two (mediocre at best) support bands to start late and overrun their time.
As well as playing a short set, they were plagued by technical problems which interrupted the set on two occasions.
Pity, because it could have been a great gig on the basis of what they did play.
