Phutureprimitive a.k.a Rain is a unique project in style and delivery with the DJ/Producer creating music that you struggle to make comparisons to. Being raised on traditional instruments, Rain found an adoration for electro at an early age and was intrigued by the possibilities of merging the artificial with classical sounds. These primitive building blocks went on to inspire the revolutionary sounds found on debut release 'Sub Conscious' which was adored by critics.

Ten years on, he has been consistently releasing solid albums, EPs and singles and honing his live show to support the ambition found on his recorded material. Bizarre visuals taken from nature are projected onstage in an array of colours, constantly moving as the DJ frantically mixes, his body in motion constantly. The imagery has all been carefully considered to emphasise the euphoric nature of certain tracks, or the brooding darkness of others. It keeps crowds dancing throughout as the combination of killer dance music and the trippy atmosphere means you feel as though you're transported into Phutureprimitive self contained world.
