A Sound Bath is a way to switch off from the stresses of the outside world, go inward and experience deep rest and relaxation without needing to do anything. You just lie down, close your eyes and allow the sound of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and voice wash over you and allow you to tap into the Parasympathetic Nervous System, responsible for deep rest, and healing.

How to prepare:
Commune will provide yoga mats, bolsters and blankets, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Wear comfortable clothes – err on the side of warmth (your body temp will drop), inc socks.
Try to avoid caffeine for a couple of hours prior, and don’t come immediately after a large meal.
Don’t be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Please be on time. Doors open >15min before start time.
Come with an open mind and heart, and zero expectations. every sound bath experience is different.
