I saw Natural Child at the City Tavern and was amazed. They've been described as 'the best of what is next' and I could not agree more. They are cool and edgy and naturally talented.
Their style is relaxed and ultra-cool, they make you want to be their best friend. Their vocals also coincide with this, with a smooth and almost sultry from lead man Traylor. This is reflected through the way the group started out- driving around the country in mini vans trying to make their rock n roll dreams come true.
Natural Child are rock n roll with a difference, they incorporate a garage style into their music, which in turn makes for a slower paced, denser pace but with still all the great elements which makes a good rock n roll style, such as epic guitar solos and catchy chorus’.
They are fun and seemingly effortless. I’s highly recommend seeing them live as this is where you can truly grasp the style and concept the bad are all about. They interact with the crowd with funny quotes and anecdotes every so often, whilst still remaining with their cool exterior.
