React, Caustic Christ, Behind Enemy Lines, The Dissidents, The
Brood, and many more. Beginning in the early 90s, Bill's uncompromising activism, DIY ethic, and anti-authoritarian message helped shape Baltimore's
punk scene. We come together to honor his life, his legacy, and the lasting impact he had on generations of punks who were inspired by his message that punk is not just music-it's a movement, a community, and a unifying force against oppression.
