PHIL MURPHY WEEKEND
Each year, the historical coastal village of Carrig-on-Bannow reverberates to the sounds of the Phil Murphy Weekend. This sleepy, three-pub town awakens and smells the alluring aroma of tunes wafting through the warm summer air. This year sees new ventures for the festival and a line-up to tickle the fancy of anyone with a healthy appreciation for music, song, dance and craic.

Donnchadh Gough, Donal Clancy, Daire Bracken, Benny McCarthy are the original lineup of Danú, having being playing with each other for over 30 years, and are sure to bring a fabulous performance of traditional music and songs

Opening the night is The Murphy Family who are the renown harmonica players Pip and John Murphy, joined by Tanya and Oliver Murphy on fiddle and bodhrán respectively.
