Panic Room

I saw Panic Room for the first time and greatly enjoyed their gig. I really do love the closer view with a smaller venue and Panic Room certainly engaged well with the audience. The sound quality was great and I was surprised by a few backing sounds but as a prig group it is difficult to take all the songs on the road otherwise. They did a really good set and came back for a few songs of which the first two were done in an acoustic manner with the drummer swapping the kit for a cajon. Nice change I thought. Fronting up the band was Anne-Marie who relished the contact with the audience as did Yatim on bass who took his bass out into the audience. There was no pretensions and they all enjoyed their night as we all enjoyed their performance.
