Chip Wickham

Saxophonist, flautist and composer Chip Wickham has become one of the leading voices in contemporary spiritual jazz. Originally from Brighton, he first came to prominence in the UK's breakbeat scene, performing with artists including Nightmares On Wax and Graham Massey. At heart, though, Wickham has always been a jazz musician. After appearing on Matthew Halsall's debut album Sending My Love in 2008, he began a long-standing relationship with Gondwana Records that continues today.
