Just in time for the Halloween season, we’re giving fan-favorite Nosferatu a spectacular second life with a live original score performed by Chicago local Circuit Des Yeux (Haley Fohr) featuring Alan Sparhawk.

Murnau’s iconic 1922 silent film Nosferatu, brought to life with a live, original score composed and performed by Chicago’s own Circuit Des Yeux (Haley Fohr) and accompanied by special guest Alan Sparhawk.

Held in the historic majesty of the Studebaker Theater, this one-night-only performance strips away the decades to reveal the raw, haunting power of the silver screen’s first vampire. Fohr’s music—anchored by her extraordinary, four-octave voice—serves as the perfect sonic counterpart to Count Orlok’s shadow, turning a classic screening into a deeply transformative, sensory experience.
