Dr. Alban

Dr. Alban always has a high energy show with plenty of lighting effects. You can also always expect to see a few backup dancers as well as backup vocals.There's no backing band since all the music is provided via music tracks, however since he's really the attraction it doesn't matter. The high energy and dancers make up for anything you might miss from seeing a live band.

The audience was definitely into the show and we were able to dance and many people sang along during the choruses. The crowd seemed to be very well behaved and I didn't hear of any problems or issues that can sometimes come up whenever you've got lots of people in a party atmosphere.

Dr. Alban's music was always positive and wasn't filled with the types of dirty lyrics and such that you might find at some rap/dance concerts. So that was very refreshing and I feel that most of the audience appreciated this. I think the positive tone of his song messages helped to keep a positive vibe throughout the concert. I think it was a worthwhile concert and would recommend it to anyone that like dance, reggae, or hip hop music.
