Sir Simon Rattle

Sir Simon Rattle is an English conductor who's most profound years came in the 80's and 90's. However he is still working and conducting orchestrated music around the world.

It's often never considered in mainstream dominance of music, but classical orchestra music has a massive audience, generating fans and money for many years now. It must be remembered that classical music was around really before rock and roll and jazz, known as the earliest forms of popular music. The orchestra family derives back in the times of the Victorians.

Sir Simon was the Conductor of the City of Birmingham Orchestra in his prominent years and in 2002 was the principal conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic. The man has been given huge responsibilities in his career and he has performed at the highest level of conducting in his time of reign. He is still conducing to this day, travelling thousands of miles in the next couple of months, performing to millions of fans.
