What can I say? It was everything I expected and more. Incredible songs, intimately and perfectly performed. Their well known witty crowd interaction was there too and hilarious. When you go to a Penny and Sparrow show you're watching a singer songwriter duo with a bunch of people you've probably never met before. But it feels like you're sitting in a room with your closest of friends and two of them happen to be incredible singers and musicians who write incredible songs and will sing them for you while hanging out in a living room. They write and perform songs that will make the most cynical person fall in love with everything that is great about music all over again.
Corey Kilgannon, who opened for them is also INCREDIBLE. Do not pass up an opportunity to go listen to either one of these acts any and every chance you get1

This was honestly one of the best concerts I have ever been to. Kyle and Andy are so funny and talented and the show was truly entertaining. I did not except the opener to be that long, but Caroline Spence did an excellent job. I loved how intimate it was, it felt like we were all just hanging out with Penny and Sparrow.

Penny & Sparrow is still the only concert that makes me laugh just as much as it makes me want to cry. Their sound live is unrivaled along with their sense of humor and audience involvement. Everyone must see them at least once!

Penny and Sparrow were pretty incredible live. Their voices mesh so perfectly and they had a lot of fun with it. Some of the most beautiful singing I’ve ever heard.
