As a teenager, Corbin began learning guitar taking lessons from session guitarist Pee Wee Melton, going on to playing in a band, earning opening slots with Janie Fricke and Mel McDaniel. After finishing college, achieving a degree in agribusiness, Corbin married and moved to Nashville, Tennessee, US, where he began performing as a solo artist.
After being put into contact with A&R senior director Joe Fisher, Corbin signed to Mercury's Nashville label in 2009, releasing his debut single, "Little More Country Than That" in July the same year. It reached the top 40 of the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. His self-titled debut album, produced by Carson Chamberlain, built on that success, with first-week sales of 43,000 copies. Following the release, "A Little More Country Than That" went on to reach number one on the Country Charts, the first male country artist's debut single to do so. The album reached number 10 in the US charts, number four in the Country Charts. With his fame building, he was invited to tour with Brad Paisley upon his world tour, began in May 2010.
2010 really was a successful year for Corbin, being awarded for his sensational debut album with several awards. Corbin won 'New Breakthrough Artist of the Year,' 'Breakthrough Single' as well as 'Best Video by Breakthrough Artist' along with a whole host of nominations.
His debut album was followed by 2012's "All Over The Road," which featured two top 40 singles, "Lovin' You Is Fun," reaching number five and "All Over The Road" at number three.

He has looks and swagger of your stereotypical popstar, high fives the audience during performances and has an abundance of energy as he moves round the stage; Easton Corbin certainly isn't your ordinary country singer. The 32-year-old has recorded two albums to date which have both charted in the top four of the US Country Music chart, the latter's peak position being second, and is currently working on his third album, releasing the single 'Clockwork' in early January 2014. Clockwork is a song where Easton discusses the mistakes he makes with women, as if he 'sees a freight train coming and just stand there on the tracks'. The single certainly has a catchy chorus and echos the main theme of his previous songs (his experiences with love), making him easy for the audience to connect with.
When you entitle your latest tour 'Ten Times Crazier', you are certainly expecting something dramatic. Although country music is probably not your first thought when you consider the concept of crazy, Easton certainly pulls out the stocks with several electric and acoustic guitarists on stage in addition to a brilliant violinist to accompany him during recent sets. The interaction he has with the crowd is another nice tough as gets them to all sing along and clap in time with his classic hits. An overall friendly guy and someone who offers something a bit different to the music scene.

Although Easton Corbin has only been on the circuit for just over five years, he has achieved some impressive things, perhaps most of all a loyal live following. Two chart hits with the first two albums have seen his name become far more recognised and has taken his country sounds to bigger and bigger stages.
He has a wonderfully confident mannerism onstage as he strides onto the stage and warmly greets the cheers from the audience. Taking his place and picking up his trusty guitar, he begins his set rather unconventionally with two covers. His take on the legendary 'All About Tonight' by Blake Shelton has been reworked in his own manner and the audience cheers intently.
He then continues to power through his own discography playing favourites including 'I Can't Love You Back' and 'Lovin' You Is Fun'. The crowd has remained involved throughout and therefore the reaction when told that 'Are You With Me' will be the last track is unanimous disappointment, yet they have well and truly enjoyed their evening.

Seen in in several concerts in Iowa he IA an amazing performer, sounds just like his CDs and definitely doesn't miss a beat, he gets all of us up and ready to rock with him all night, his band is excellent can't wait to see him in Tipton Iowa

I’m a little biased...he is the next George Strait. He was absolutely amazing! Interacted with the audience making you feel like you were on stage with him. He even sounds better in person than on radio. Can’t wait to go see him again!

Easton is an amazing performer. I love country music and he's one of the few that sounds exactly like his recorded music, live! He's a true artist with great talent!! I can't wait to see him at the CMA's.

He was fantastic. He definitely rock the stage. I'd definitely would go see Easton Corbin again if he came back to Cheyenne Wyoming. He definitely made the concert fun and where you had an awesome time

Easton Corbin was amazing! He sounds exactly like he does on cd. (Do people use cd's anymore? Anyway, you get it). I just can't get over how good the sound was.
