Havok

Speed metal or thrash metal as it’s widely referred to, is one of those types of music that no matter what is going on in the spectrum of alternative music, or ‘metal’ of sorts, there is always going to be a certain level of respect for thrash whether it’s Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Sepultura or even Havok, who have been a band for ten years now, they are playing this gig touring their most recent album that came out last year entitled “Unnatural Selection”. Their following are so loyal to them, from the moment that this band walk out on stage to the moment that they leave. There are fists in the air, punching to every syllable. One of the biggest highlights for this relationship between performers and crowd is when they launch into “Chasing the Edge”, which is the bands most recent music video. There are so many riffs in this song that are played with such great precision, that as soon as they are played alongside a drum kit and a bass guitar, audiences just erupt into mosh pits, left right and centre.

Go see them! Just saw them last night in Richmond, VA and they did not disappoint. The sounds was tight as hell. Their album sounds so good and tight and the live show was no different. They are all excellent musicians, but being a bass player; the bass player and drummer really stood out to me. They were spot on. Lots of good stage presence, great energy, and I really love their lyrics. "Keep a skeptical mind" :)

Exmortus were okay, Gorod were good.
But then Warbringer came and started ripping things apart! Hell yeah! Havok ended a perfect evening by thrashing the place to a pulp!

10/10. Will definitely go again next time they're in town.

Great vibes, super intense and everything I would expect from a show headlining havok! Must see if you are any fan of thrash or metal. Everyone was very respectable and the venue was just the right size and servers were great

Blasting, tight, crisp, and overwhelming speed, whats not to like? Great band that threw down hard and had a great message too. Havok didnt dissapoint and openers were decent too, thrash metal lives!!!!!

The band Havok is in Germany. This show was local dj's. I am trying to get a refund. Not happy about the mixup!!! Very misleading. I guess you guys were fooled as well.
