Downpilot

An intimate setting with about 70 people sat round the bar. The audience were respectful and attentive.

The show started with Paul giving a solo rendition of Reno before Lars joined him on drums and eventually Barbara on vocal and melodica. The set list concentrated on the most recent two albums with the occasional older song thrown in.

The musicianship was tight with Lars bringing real emotion with his drumming. Paul was in excellent voice and his guitar playing a thing of rare beauty and his occasional use of sampled loops really changed the dynamic from song to song.

Two encores were played and before you knew it the 80 minutes had flown by. An. excellent evening
