A freind told me about Death Hymn Number 9. I downloaded there first album and I thought they were groovy. A lot of drum blasting and screeching guitar with creepy organ riffs as interludes. The singer has a fun Manson like ranting thing going on. Live they were even better than there album. They have extreme energy and played there black hearts out even though there was probably 11 people at the show. I wanted shake and boogie but I didn't want to be "that guy" at a empty show. Some dude in front of me took that award anyway. Respect... Band is awesome. If they come back they definitely deserve a packed house. Big Ups made me wanna throw ups and not in a good way. Nuff Sed.
