The Dutch producer and DJ, Don Diablo, has been wowing audiences with his eclectic style of blending together diverse music and making it his own style. His live shows are sure to pack a punch and are always full of high energy. Perhaps the biggest draw of Don Diablo’s music comes from his vast range of musical knowledge. He mixes songs together that are polar opposite genres from one another and makes them blend together in the most interesting and coherent way. At one of his concerts he began playing Claude Debussy’s famous “Clair de lune” as an introduction to his concert that lead into a wild electronic rendition of Oasis’ song “Wonderwall”. Most of the songs that he remixes are heavily in the style of the Drum and Bass genre, but he often incorporates elements of electronica, hip-hop, funk, and dub into his music. Don Diablo often tours with a vocalist who will sing and rap over his remixes. The aesthetics of Don Diablo’s set design are perhaps just as epic as his music. He is surrounded by mounds of speakers that blast his remixes. There are atmospheric tubular lights that illuminate the stage and there our signs surrounding the stage that light up with Don Diablo’s name. During the more energetic parts of the concert there are bright colorful lights flashing all over the place while Don is getting into the groove of things remixing his beats behind the turntable. The audience never seems to let back and are always dancing to the strong pulses of the music. Don Diablo is a sensation in whatever setting he plays. He gets the whole crowd dancing at large festivals as well as small intimate clubs like the “Passion” club in London. If loud electronic music and stellar remixes is your kind of music, then one of Don Diablo’s performances will be sure to get you moving on your feet.
Don Pepijn Schipper better known by his stage name of Don Diablo is another example of why The Netherlands really are at the forefront of house music. Although they may have competition from Sweden, the music created by the likes of Don Diablo shows that there is no dance party like a Dutch dance party.
He is not known as an album artist, he has concentrated more so on his expert singles and brilliant remixes for the likes of Dragonette, Gorillaz and The Chemical Brothers. Many of these make it onto the setlist tonight as Diablo is assured to keep the whole crowd jumping as one with the irresistible deep house beats turning the festival tent into an underground club. He is not only a proficient mixing artist but also a brilliant hype man, he has no need to hire an outsider to entertain the crowd as he has the whole room with their arms raised high surrendering to the fantastic dance vibes. Leaving on the high notes of 'Animale' shows that no matter how many new artists appear on the EDM scene, it is difficult to beat those with experience.
Simply a great show with good crowd involvment. Good variatian and build up between different styles from Future House to Drum and Bass. The ¾rd part was a bit slower which is understandable though some transitions took a long time. Good crowd though there were some minor inconveniences such ass girls waving flags blocking the view. Good that the side screens show Don behind the decks so short people can see him haha.
Great show, would go again! (if my wallet allows it).
Amazing experience: not only the music was great, Don Diablo was just fantastic. Pure energy in one human being. No matter how hard his past has been, he transformed all the bad experiences into positivity. He’s a true artist! It wasn’t just a simple dj set, it was a real life experience, it made me feel so many different emotions in only three hours.
Thank you Don Diablo.

From Future House to Progressive and catchy electro beats, Don Diablo definitely knows how to put a crowd in his pocket. The 1.5 hour set was great. You know it is a good performance when people keep being entertained during the whole thing. Well done Don, can't wait to see you again.
Great show! Don is one of my favorite's already and with his new album out he cemented it. The visuals were great and the lighting was pretty good as well. Saw him in LA at the Fonda, which is a pretty intimate venue. Really recommend seeing him in the FUTURE, plus his wardrobe is fire.
Amazing set, loads of energy. It was the best experience of my life, I would definitely recommend seeing Don Diablo. I would love to go and see him again. It was easy and a very enjoyable experience! 'House time is anytime and anytime is house'
Best concert I have ever seen, fantastic DJ playing a variety of his well known song and ID's, brilliant night. Don puts on a fantastic show, has very good crowd control skills and is interactive with the audience. Would strongly recommend!
