Tim Bettinson is a singer songwriter from Australia who isn’t even twenty years old yet but has developed a fantastically loyal fan base over the years with his ambient folk music entitled “Vancouver Sleep Clinic”, which is laden with some beautiful contrapuntal melodies. He is all about his signature falsetto that with reverb and delay will fill a room.
He performs some of his most well known songs tonight in the form of songs such as “Collapse” which is quite an anthemic spacious and downtempo track complete with a very catchy chorus. He is accompanied by two keyboard players along with a drummer playing a half electric and acoustic kit, which makes all the right sounds that this genre needs. Bettinson plays an electric guitar that is being put through a very crystal clear clean sounding amp, with delay and chorus occasionally accompanying it.
The audience are pretty stationary, just taking everything in their stride enjoying this ambient genre that is Vancouver Sleep Clinic. He finishes with “Vapour”.
They were amazing! I saw them live at Great Scott in Boston Ma. The live experience just made thier already awesome songs more real. The drummer was epically talented and I found myself watching him in awe. Tim the lead singer is super nice and I even got to talk to him after the show and give him a letter I wrote. I talked with the rest of the band as well for a few minutes, they were great and we all took selfies. I was thrilled to meet them and to see that they are ordinary people that aren't egotistical. I was happy to share my story with them and they seemed genuinely touched to hear what I told them. Thank you VSC for your awesome concert and for making time for your fans. I would love to see you again. I appreciate all of you!

With a bigger crowd than expected there was a great atmosphere for Vancouver Sleep Clinic. The band didn't disappoint with a good mix of new and old songs and then genuinely appeared to be up for it with some good crowd interaction.the only disappointment on the night was a surprisingly short set.
One word. AMAZING.
...okay maybe two words...
AMAZING & UNFORGETTABLE.
Such a warm vibe that was roaming the room with the beautiful show Vancouver Sleep Clinic put on.
I hope they make their way back to Los Angeles, I'd definitely go see them again. Love them!
Awesome show. Great vibe and energy. Awesome guys as well, stayed after the show to meet and hang out with fans. Really really nice guys. Great connection with the crowd as well. Phenomenal performance. Fantastic gig. One of the best ever!!
Even better in person. They played Yosemite completely acoustic at the front of the stage with just vocals and the guitar and I think I saw someone crying. So yes, go see them, spend the money, it's worth it.
Amazing concert, small venue with great acoustics!! Singer has such an incredible voice and instrumentals are beautiful. Love that they are OZies too. Crowd was also chill and enjoyed the music :)
This was one of the best gigs I have been to in 2019. VSC performance was fantastic and really exceeded my expectations. Sound was excellent and the vocals by Tim were spot on. So good
