De Staat

Great night, absolutely electric. They had a stunning stage presence and played a great mix of songs from the new album, Bubble Gum, and old classics. Dancing to a 10+ minute long version of Sweatshop almost killed me but was definitely worth it!

I was disappointed to miss them when they were last in Glasgow, and having finally seen them live I definitely won't be missing it again!

Electric show in The Mash House in Edinburgh, compared to at De Staat earlier in the year there were fewer songs but each had significantly longer instrumental sections. Was absolutely fantastic and Torre absolutely owned the room.
I was sad that they didn't play Sweatshop which was my highlight seeing them at King Tut's in Glasgow in March though.

Bij deze band dans je gewoon heel de avond lang, ze geven je geen rust momentje. De perfecte avond om eens helemaal los te gaan.
Wanneer Witch doctor komt, en je staat midden in de cirkel te dansen met torre, ja dan heb je wel echt de beste avond gehad.

De Staat are absolutely mindblowing live. They are brilliant musicians who know how to control a crowd... but the music speaks for itself. I have seen them twice now and will always take the opportunity to see them when they visit my city.

A fost endgame coaie. Life changing. Witch Doctor moshpit made me lose 5 kilos, which means I don't have to go to the gym this week. Go see De Staat if you want a first-hand experience of maddening enlightenment. Great venue. Ciao

A great show. Torre is a great entertainer and the band is fabulous.You can see the pleasure they have while playing and this enthousiasm is targetting the public.

Prima concert n.a.v. hun laatste album 'O'. Veel van hun laatste album gespeeld dus en nog wat van hun vorige album. Strak gespeeld, maar iets teveel op routine vind ik. Wat het weer een beetje saai maakte.

What a stage presence and energy! Such a treat to see such a great and well known Dutch band in such an intimate space. Love love to see them again!
