Tchotchke

New York trio Tchotchke blend candy-coated rock’n’roll, power-pop and rich vocal harmonies into a sound inspired by Todd Rundgren, ‘60s girl groups and outsider pop. Formed by Anastasia Sanchez, Eva Chambers and Emily Tooraen, the band quickly built momentum with their 2022 debut, produced by The Lemon Twigs, before touring with acts including King Tuff, Broncho and The Gossip.

Their second album Playin’ Dumb, again produced by The Lemon Twigs, expands on that retro-pop foundation with sharper songwriting, bigger arrangements and tongue-in-cheek tales of love, femininity and melodrama. Sweet, stylish and full of hooks, Tchotchke balance classic pop charm with playful unpredictability.
