Emily Wolfe

I have followed Emily Wolfe for some time now; she’s opened for lots of folks; but lat night, she was the star with a full set. And believe me when I tell you she brought it to Axelrad in Houston. She’s a triple threat: a serious wordsmith lyrically; a guitar goddess; and a voice that can octavely reach the heavens with her soft soprano, or gut kick you with a whipsnap snarl. Her show featured a comprehensive sampling of all of these talents. Seeing her live is a must. She becomes one with that Gibson, holding her own with the best of them. She’s one to watch, so keep her on your radar. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing!!! Incredible energy and talent. Definitely try to catch her at a smaller venue before she gets bigger. She finished the show by shredding Ace of Spades and I couldn't have been happier!
