Conny Bloom

For a start the venue is an oddity. It's a rather classy Sushi restaurant in the centre of Orebro opposite the castle. We turned up at 3pm to scope out the venue and walked in on the soundcheck where we cheekily watched from the bar.

We dined at the restaurant for evening and consequently landed the table right at the front. The band came on at 10pm, words cannot describe how effortlessly cool they all are, with this size venue playing to maybe 70 people this is like seeing a band in your front room. Every song off Fullt Upp is killer and feels like every one of them takes influence from The Beatles, Steve Miller Band, Django Reindjhart to name a few but yet pouring Conny's blues funk sauce on it and widdle diddling til the cows come home. Can't tell how great the evening was with time to speak to the band and have a drink in the beer garden before the closing.
