Alexander Ridha better known by his stage name Boys Noize is another example of the fantastic dance music currently coming out of Germany. The nation has always been an important player in the trance/electro scene and it is great to see this tradition continuing through the likes of Boys Noize. Since releasing his debut album in 2007 Alexander's reputation has simply exploded on the dance scene and he is now a frequent attendee of some of the best electro festivals and events around the world.
It is clear that his name is now well recommended by the large crowd who have gathered for his late night set. The man appears completely on his own to huge cheers from the crowds. There is no need for hype men or dancers this evening, Ridha's music and mixing abilities is more than enough to keep the crowd jumping and dancing along to the achingly cool beats. The techno keeps their arms raised for 'Push Em Up' before he throws in some of his remixes for The Chemical Brothers and Snoop Dogg for good measure. There is no doubt the future of German electro is safe in the hands of Boys Noize.
