See all your opportunities to see them live below!I fell in love with the music from the Get go. I grew up a metal head listening to so many different genres of Metal music. They came and went, Demon Hunter on the other hand has not. I owe that to a fellow walker in Christ. He was listening to Jonah 33, then Demon Hunter came on after their song. My ears felt deceived that someone could have such a voice and be in the same
Company as James Hettfield, or Pantera, Ronnie James dio. I’ve not turned back since. Ryan Clark has such an amazing vocal range and it’s seems like every song just strikes a chord with me that seems like it says what sometimes we can’t say. He and his/bands lyrics say it perfectly.
Best performance yet! Most energy I’ve seen out of three shows in the past, Storm the Gates of Hell being the first attended tour. However those first three were on the west coast, fourth was last night in Dallas... absolutely amazing! My review will not do DH justice. If you’ve seen them before, ya need to see them now. If you’ve never seen them you need to see them now. Incredible torch carriers of a lost art in a “rock/metal act” Ingenious by continually melting their relevant talent with fundamentals taught at metal’s peak era. Achieving what Pantera or GnR was incapable of sustaining minus the fame & fortune. No apology needed but better yet, furthering the Kingdom instead. Praise the Lord!
I absolutely loved this show! I loved the two parts: First, the Peace-type songs with amazing vocals and acoustics really started the show off. I especially loved hearing Dead Flowers and Fear is Not My Guide live. After a short break to reset, things went from 0 to 100 with an amazing performance of The Negative. Other stand-outs in the War-style portion of the concert were Not I, and Tie This Around Your Neck. All-in-all, an amazing performance by one of my absolute favorite groups.
