What is not to love about Joe Jonas? Me being a huge Jonas Brothers fan could not resist the urge to see Joe when he came to town solo.
He was great. His vocals and energy made for quite the fun night. He did a great medley of Chris Brown’s “Beautiful People” and three of his Jonas Brother’s tunes “Burnin’ Up” “When you look me in the Eyes” and Hello Beautiful. That was probably the highlight of the show for me and judging by the responses of the small crowd, everyone else seemed to enjoy it too.
Joe to me was always the most talented of the brothers and I think he shines better as a solo artist than in the group. It really seemed to be the case tonight. I wonder if Nick had been slowing him down all of these years. I will say however it was strange seeing him solo, but once he got out of his shell he seemed to thrive being on his own and having the spotlight all to himself. I definitely was out of place being the only 20 something guy without a girl there but the venue and crowd were great. If you get a chance to see Joe in the future, definitely go check him out, he’s worth it!
