The lights went down, it was pitch black in the venue. All you could hear were people screaming, crying out, cheering, and chanting. My heart began to race from the raw adrenaline produced. A few lights flashed to sort of tease us and the screams in the distance suddenly got a lot louder and higher pitched.
Drumstick struck drum and in that moment, all the lights came back on. The stage was filled with Morning Paradise and the sounds of their glorious music. I'd been quiet, but I couldn't hold back now. I screamed too, got into it and acted like a shameless groupie. It felt great though. The sound reverberated, it was crystal clear.
The levels of bass coming from the speakers was perfection. The band was on point and the lead vocalist was amazing. They opened up with Headlights. I love that song. Well, I love all of their stuff, but I was pleased they chose that particular song to open with. The crowd erupted again, we were captivated and loyal. Everyone succumbed to the rhythmic beats and tone. Large crowd, even larger experience. This was an awesome concert. Morning Paradise is the real deal. No need for showy gimmicks.
