Why on earth is dyslexia encouraged in hip-hop music? Something I just don’t really understand I guess. Oh well, that hasn’t hindered the fact that this hip-hop trio have had a huge amount of success over the last six years or so.
Remember when the voluptuous model Kate Upton did a dance to the single “Cat Daddy” in 2010? Yes, me too.
Anyways, this song became a viral phenomenon, reaching 70 million plus views on YouTube, and managing 14,000 downloads on iTunes in its first week. When they perform it live to these adoring fans tonight, the audience are beside themselves in excitement, doing the popular dance of the last five years, “The Dougie” encouraging everyone to join in. You can literally feel the floor shaking with the amount of bass accompanying this smash hit. They also adorn the audience with their song “I’m Fitted”, a song that to the fans is definitely one of their favourites, with the slow beat of the drums with rapid hi-hats, a pulsing bass line and a wild melody.
