Of course there is a band called “Soundtrack”. Making it absolutely impossible after tonight’s showcase, to ever listen to any music of theirs on the Internet, with the amount of original soundtracks for movies out there, but alas, this was a show to remember no doubt. Adopting a sort of quirky and quaint modern rock sound that of course has earned this band a loyal fan base. They walk out on stage to the sound of what sounds like an epic movie soundtrack, yes. Pun intended, playing their song, “Green Grass” as a fancy opener, a worthy hook in the chorus catches the attention of those people who stay at the edge of the d floor like limpets on the bars because they are unsure about this fresh new band. Soundtrack make some pretty big waves with this audience though, especially being the opener of this evening, waves that this congregation feel worthy enough to ride, as they get into this new sound that is fresh to their ears that is this band called “Soundtrack”
