• look, these guys come to rock that ass every time they step on stage. and this gig was no exception. sure the crowd was small - wednesday nights usually are - but it didn't stop the band from electrifying the fans.

  seeing the entire "the evil powers of rock 'n' roll" should be enough. should be, but nope, this band always gives you more. kicking off with a good chunk of the previous album ("suck it") was cool since i had to miss that tour. then came the aforementioned "evil powers" set. next came an audience request portion that spanned the band's 30 year career and included a tune from the upcoming album. you really do get more at a supersuckers show.

• I have been a fan since 1990. They did not disappoint! Younger Okies who may not have been long time followers - will be now!!! Supersuckers rock like no one else! I’m slightly bummed that there weren’t more people there but, like Eddie said, “you are the true fans of great rock”! Yep!

• I love the Supersuckers and have been lucky enough to see then 4 times prior to this gig, the first time just over 15 years ago, they are loud, but the sound at Audio was terrible and ruined what should have been a top gig, the set list was full of old songs, well apparently, as sometimes the sound was so bad they could have been playing anything.

  Whoever was doing the sound evidently decided just turn everything up, I've got tinnitus anyway so wear earplugs, but these were no match for the wall of noise, I wish I had left now as I considered doing as now 4 days later the increased ringing has not subsided...

  If I get the chance I'll see the Supersuckers again, but I'm never going to Audio again, which is a shame as it seems a nice wee venue
