  • The greatest modern day psych Rock band- The Angels live are an incredible melting pot of the past the present and the future . Get to the front, let Bob Mustachio's psychadelic light show wash over you and let The Black Angels take you to another planet. Live highlights:Science Killer,Bloodhounds,Currency, Molly Moves and You on The Run. These guys are behind Levitation the festival in Austin which is a game changer for anyone who likes psych rock/garage music.

  • I came home one night from a party and my wife had the TV on and the first band was just finishing on Austin City Limits. I sat down and started watching. The Black Angels started and I was instantly glued. Then the stereo went on, boom my mouth was agape the rest of the show.

They had just played a week before in my city. Really? What luck. They have not come back yet.

If they are anything close to what I witnessed on the TV that night I can only imagine the feeling of beeing in the crowd.

  • By far one of the best rock performances I've been to. The band from Austin, Texas are guaranteed to trip you out with their heavy phsycadelic riffs and aggressive bass. Saw them play at the Trinity in Bristol which is an amazing venue though definitely believe they deserve to be playing in bigger venues. True rock stars by nature, we got to meet them after the gig and they were down for going out for a drink in the town! Their supporting act 'A Place to Bury Strangers' too were otherworldly and is definitely one to watch! 10/10
